SWFCA November 2024 Health Seminar
Southwest Florida Chinese Association’s November free health seminar will focus on prostate health and care—a vital topic that every man should pay attention to. We’re honored to welcome a retired urologist to share key health insights with the community. After the presentation, questions regarding both male and female urology are encouraged. This month’s seminar will be held in English and include a Q&A session.

On Saturday, September 23, 4-5:30 p.m., Prof. Po-Shen Loh, distinguished math professor at Carnegie Mellon University and national coach for the USA International Mathematical Olympiad team will be delivering a presentation at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL specifically tailored for parents of K-12 students and students in grades 6-12. "How to Survive the ChatGPT Invasion" has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and received glowing reviews for its forward-thinking approach to education in an age increasingly influenced by AI technologies.

Asian Professionals Association of SW FL
SWFCA will be celebrating Chinese New Year at AsiaFest, a cultural festival in Southwest Florida. It will be AsiaFest’s 20th anniversary as well as the Year of the Dragon! Our past president Colin Feng will be emcee and our ladies’ dance groups and Professor Qin will be performing in the show at AsiaFest. There will also be lion dancers as well as many other performers in this all-day show. This is a free event!
Our association has reserved a pavilion at AsiaFest where we will sell food and items and have a place to gather with our members and friends and family. We will also have a kids craft table and a mahjong tournament. Please plan to join our association family at our SWFCA pavilion and meet new friends and have some fun!
