Come learn Taijiquan!  学太极拳!

Taijiquan is perhaps the king of health-building mind-body practices. A little time invested daily in this simple activity can pay big dividends in enhanced health and well-being. Harvard Medical School, John Hopkins University, the National Institutes of Health and many others have found taiji to be effective for a number of treatment and preventive health concerns. We are extremely fortunate to have an excellent taiji instructor with many decades of experience, who also possesses qualifications which are actually fairly rare in this area: he is a great teacher, and fully understands both the physiological and martial aspects of the practice. In most areas of the country you would pay hefty fees to learn from such a teacher, but any member of our Association can learn from Teacher Ma for free!

Join us on Saturday mornings at 8:00 at Estero Community Park ( 9200 Corkscrew Palms Blvd, Estero, FL 33928 ). Coming from north or south on 41, turn onto Corkscrew Road (directly across 41 from the entrance to Koreshan Park). Estero Community Park is just a short distance on the right.
